Yazhen Qin(Catherine) has been working for Caterpillar 18 years in various roles and locations such as SQE, Senior SQE and Supplier Quality Manger in Xuzhou, Supplier Development & Quality Manager and 6Sigma BB in Beijing, ATL&APS Purchasing Manager in Tianjin, 6Sigma/CPS MBB in Beijing, and Leader of the Enterprise Cost Reduction in China, and Purchasing Excellent Manager for the Mining in China. She has been demonstrating her unique leadership in vision and various rich experiences in deep expertise to contribute and grow with Caterpillar in China. Before working in Caterpillar, she had worked XCMG 16 years as the vice GM for the mini-wheel loader facility; the engineer for the 8th 5 years manufacturing planning of XCMG; the process-planning supervisor for the mid-wheel loader manufacturing; the equipment management engineer, and after-hours teacher for the employees.
