INTRO: Kelley comes to us from Alberta, Canada, where she attended the University of Calgary and graduated with a degree in Communication Studies. During her time in University, Kelley also hosted a talk radio program, and before coming to join us in Xuzhou, she taught cultural studies in Taipei, Taiwan.
